Vintage Residency, a group of Vintage Hotels (P) Ltd., was the brainchild of Mr. T.B.Kunhi Mahin Haji, who is the Chairman of this group. He selected the place for building this Landmark – Vintage Residency in the year 1996, and speculated correctly that this hotel would surely win the hearts of the tourists, corporates and other guests, mainly because of its unique location – HEART OF THE CITY. Mr. Kunhi Mahin Haji has pioneered many such similar projects in the whole of South India, and Allah bless him, all the projects have taken off and attained success in both the hospitality field as well as the construction field.

It is from here that his son– Mr. Ahamed Nizar K.M, Managing Director, all of just 28 years into this world, who went about designing, and personally instructing the Architects, and others involved in getting this hotel built into international standards. When one enters the hotel, it is evident that the designing has been intricate and the exploitation of wood work has been excellently done. His wish and involvement in the Vintage Group of Hotels ( Hotel Periyar Ltd – Aluva, Cochin), Hotel Vintage Residency Bangalore, Hotel Safa International Trivandrum, have been total, a man who works almost 24 hours everyday, tirelessly, to ensure that the guests get the maximum value for money spent. Mr. Ahamed Nizar. K.M. has personally done marketing of this group of hotels in the Middle East, and in parts of Europe, and the results are there for everyone to see.

His selection of the Management Personnel and deft dealing with the members of the staff have done wonders to the occupancy of the hotel, and also brought in repeat clientele.
